GoogleShocking service. Booked a valuation for my mother's property in stevenage. Drove 130 to be in attendance to be called and told the valuation appt has to be cancelled because there is a management meeting! Clearly a meeting is more important than a customer. They habe lost our listing and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

GoogleOverall a really positive experience of WHB Stevenage, all phone contact points with the wider team were friendly, positive and helpful. In particular I would mention John Salter, my intial meeting point from which I decided to appoint WHB out of 4 potential candidates, and Jack Elston, with whom I had most of my interactions during the sale process. Jack acted as a good conduit for communications between buyer, myself (being a remote family executor seller) and advisers. He was always available to deal with issues which arose to the point of responding to one of my emails when he was on a family holiday overseas.

A big thank you to all staff including the Senior Manager Jack , who done everything possible to make my move as smooth as he could, even emailing me while he was on holiday. All office staff are polite, professional and responsive when I needed advice. So thank you all again. I have to say William Brown sold my property in record time to the very first viewer. And I now have friends who I have recommended William Brown too and are they are now currently using this estate agent. Very honest, open and up front team. Right from the start which I appreciated. So much easier using the solicitors Juno who are linked to the estate agent. The solicitors have a whole team and work a lot faster than one assigned person.
