As a first time buyer, Jonah, Deniz and Jack did a wonderful job of taking me through the process. During my viewing with Jonah, he was very helpful, able to answer all my questions and give detailed suggestions about the area. Deniz was able to get me my mortgage offer within the week and when there was a hiccup further down the process, he was immediately on hand and sorted it so quickly. Jack was also very helpful in liaising with solicitors, the housing association and following the progression of the sale. The sale took 6 months and they were all willing and available to help throughout and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service from Jack and the team. No matter who we spoke to on the phone, each and every colleague was well informed on where we were up to in the process and able to answer my queries from start to finish. The speedy response times and their rapport with not just us as the sellers, but also with our buyers and both solicitors meant that any queries were resolved in a timely manner. This made the occasional stressful moment which undoubtedly comes when buying and selling a house a lot less stressful and lonely. They really were there to support us every step of the way. We all know that moving house is very stressful, yet with the right Agent, the whole process can be seamless. We had an amazing service from Jack, John, Jonah, Ellie and the rest of the WHB Team. Our journey started with a valuation from John, he was pleasant and not pushy. He explained the timescales in selling our house and why we needed to put it on the market straightaway. We then met the wider team and had lots of viewings, the team fitted these around our busy family life and never made us feel pressured to accept viewings. Jack was very proactive in replying to emails and was always ready to provide assurances and guidance when needed. Jack gave us a lot of practical advice when it came to buying our own home and was very helpful in our decision for choosing a suitable area for our Family. He even helped us to negotiate the price on our new house and we managed to buy under market value. This was particularly helpful as the market was dropping, so we did not get the asking price for our property. It is true what they say, you get what you pay for, so well worth the fees. Great customer service, very professional and will happily recommend WHB to friends and family.
