Steve and Courtney are genuinely lovely people. I'm coming to the end of a very intense Masters and we had been served with a s21. I have a tendency to procrastinate with home stuff so when we first spoke to Steve we were feeling pretty stressed. He understood the urgency immediately and when things didn't work out with the first place we viewed over WhatsApp (we were away visiting family) he persisted and found us a more suitable two-bed terrace. We're now three days post-move and could not be happier. We've had multiple little queries and Steve has always been responsive. You can tell when people enjoy their work and actually care. Both of these people are worth your time.

Jack and Deniz were so helpful with our purchase. Deniz got us a great mortgage deal and was always willing to answer any questions we had throughout the purchase. This put our minds at ease as first time buyers. Jack was excellent at chasing all of the solicitors and other involved parties. The purchase took a while, which was frustrating, but he always reassured us, and did everything he could to get our purchase through! Ellie was also lovely when showing us around properties initially. You get on average weekly updates regarding the purchase and really quick replies which helps enormously . Both Ellie and Jack were very accommodating with viewing’s or sorting out bits and bobs to do with the flat. I have recently completed a house sale with William H Brown in Stevenage and had an excellent experience with the team. The market appraisal by John was realistic and I was happy with the high standard of photos and marketing which were organised quickly and found buyers. Viewings were arranged for an Open Day and also ad hoc, based on my availability. Ellie and Jonah were efficient, friendly and courteous during this time. Completing the sale took longer than expected, due to issues which were no fault of the estate agents. Throughout this challenging situation, Jack was professional, patient, provided progress updates and was intermediary between me, solicitors and buyers.
