Simply the best agent in town. We started off with the process of having John coming round to value my parents' house and his knowledge of the market was second to none. As this was a unfamiliar process for myself as well as my parents, he made sure that no questions would be left answered and with his expertise, this gave us the confidence to instruct with William H Brown. Jonah, Isabella & Thomas done the viewings on separate occasions and they were fantastic throughout as they were very knowledgeable about the house as well as the overall area. Lastly, the manager Jack Elston provided perhaps one of the best customer service we had come across in our lifetime. Whilst of course, selling a house can be a waiting game, Jack was phenomenal with his communication as he always kept us up to date how the sale was progressing to the extent that he was even providing updates on solicitors whilst he was on annual leave. Every bit of communication was clear throughout and whilst the thought of selling a house might seem daunting, Jack and the team ensured that the sale would be very smooth. Very efficient in getting pictures of the property and details ready for market, and had buyers in for viewings within a few days of it being online. I dealt with Jack for the majority of our sale who was amazing, always prompt with responses and great with chasing up other parties when required. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The service me and my partner received was extremely supportive and throughout our application we have been supported by Deniz from the start until the end. I remember precisely he worked late for us one of the days until 9pm to sort something out which does prove to us that he’s really hard working man and enjoys what he’s doing. The more I say is less. Every time we had a question, he always always replied quick, supporting us fully making sure we’re okay and he’s very friendly plus explains everything in such detail and his guidance was top notch! For myself and my partner’s experience we 100% recommend Deniz for anyone’s mortgage application as he’s the best! When going through the application, he mentioned to us a date when we will be getting our keys (mind you that was a rough calculation) We got it before it!
