But Deniz answered them all in great detail and making sure we were always happy with the stages of buying the property! A special thanks to Craig Prutton, Scott Hayter, and Ryan. They did the impossible for us! Having visited a property that we fell in love with (and subsequently put in an offer for that was accepted, no doubt to the the teams hard work negotiating); but not only did they manage to get the sellers to give us a 2 weeks’ grace period to get our own property sold, but they managed to sell our property within 24 hours of it being on the property, for the price we were after. The whole team were really helpful, efficient and worked quickly with all of communications / requests. We’re now going through the process of selling our home and buying a new home, and very much excited. Thank you all. Will most definitely be recommending you to others :-)

After talking to a few different mortgage advisors about buying out first home Deniz became an obvious choice. He was very honest and it felt like talking to a friend which made the experience of purchasing our house exciting and enjoyable! I was viewing properties through William H Brown and had a great Experience with the staff there. Although I did not buy thought them I am very happy with the service I received. A very friendly, enthusiastic and courteous attitude, goes for both Their Mortgage Advisor and Sales Agent. Deniz is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, keeps you up to date, and generally on-point on his advice. Sophie is friendly, she listens, and caring, she will find out answers for you. You do not get Agents like her anymore.

We went with Deniz at William H Brown Stevenage to be our mortgage adviser. Deniz has been amazing all the way through the process. He has kept us up to date within minutes of hearing anything himself and been patient with us also, whenever we email or call he responds back straight away. This has been a god send as we are first time buyers and its been smooth the whole way through. Not only that but he personally found the house we are now buying with another estate agents - this went off the market the same day it came on and so without him we would never of even seen it. If you are unsure of getting a mortgage adviser or not we cant recommend him enough.

We started our journey of selling our first home recently. Out of the 3 estate agents we had round to value, William H Brown Stevenage felt right. We dealt with Craig first who came to value the property. Straight away we felt comfortable with Craig, he is very down to earth and very honest. He didn't over sell and was very honest on the value of the property, all be it not what we was really expecting having lived here for 5 years. Once we had viewings and a couple of potential offers we was introduced to Scott, who I must say has really exceeded our expectation. He has been on the other end of the phone every time I have called and if not he has always called me back without fail. He worked really hard on getting the best price for us. He defiantly succeeded. Like Craig he is really down to earth and really easy to talk to. He has answered any question I have put across honestly. Scott, Craig and the team managed to sell our house in just over a week. The rest of the team Ryan, Sophie and Ashleigh whenever I have phoned have always been really lovely and I know they have done a lot of the leg work by getting the viewings in and also being at the property when these were happening. Overall I would highly recommend William H Brown Stevenage branch, they are lovely down to earth people who will do the best they can for you, whether that be selling your home or finding you a new one. I have experienced very poor customer service from W. H. Brown Stevenage office. (The issue is ongoing) Me and my husband have rented a property via W. H. Brown Stevenage office in Ickleford area. After a year we purchased our own property and gave notice to our landlord. We are in good terms with our landlord and have been in touch as neighbours. After our notice, we had written confirmation from our landlord that we would leave the property on a certain date. We contacted W.H.Brown and stated that our landlord agreed this date and has sent the office an email in addition to this. They said they will talk to our landlord and calculate amount due to pay accordingly. However the firm hasn’t got back to us with the amount for us to pay on time, therefore our bank has sent the full amount of the rent as we had a standing order. We have contacted the estate agent several times to send our money back but have been told this would happen ‘next week’. It has been almost a month and now that we have left the property, moved in our new place and still not paid the amount back. In addition to this it has been 17 days since we left the property and our landlord confirmed the deposit should be returned in full. However neither our deposit nor the overpaid rent bas been returned to us. We have been calling the office and the agent responsible is always out and we are left with no explanation by the firm. I filled a complaint and looking to hear back. This has affected our finances. Especially when you have a new house mortgage to pay and all the other expenses this firm has caused us a big amount of unnecessary stress.

I received a great service in a professional capacity from Jack Elston. I instructed Jack to assist me in a property sale which was part of a piece of litigation, and which did not go ahead in the end. It required quite a bit of back and forth with Jack and, to an extent, messing him around. Nothing fazed him and he was professional, capable, responsive and really helpful throughout.

Went to WHB about property I found online, which did not end up buying it, however I had a chat with Deniz (mortgage advisor) and instantly felt he was genuine with loads of knowledge.
