GoogleFrom the initial correspondence through to the viewing of the property and finally moving in, Chloe was a great help. The process was as uncomplicated as it could get. Though I had to travel a great distance, both my viewing and my receiving of the house keys were accommodated without any trouble at all. An excellent service all around.

GoogleDeniz was absolutely fantastic. He made sure that we felt as comfortable about the whole process as possible ( this is a review for his mortgage advising skills, just in case ). The whole complicated process of buying our first house was broken down properly that we knew what we were doing at all times. I highly recommend his professional skills and if anything, you get free biscuits. 11/10

GoogleI recently dealt with the Stevenage office when trying to purchase a property, but ultimately had to pull out after the building was found to have failed fire safety tests. I wasn't informed of this potential issue, even though the report was prepared several months before it was made known to me by my solicitor. Once I raised it with William H Brown, the branch manager was extremely unresponsive and evasive. I would certainly avoid using this business in the future, because the lack of transparency and responsiveness is unprofessional and I think it reflects poorly on their trustworthiness.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
