GoogleGreat Estate agents. I was recently assisted by Jonah Hodgson to view a property. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He patiently answered all the questions I had. In general their communication and dedication is also very good. They are happy to answer any questions.

GoogleNothing is wrong with the staff there except for one who had promised a mortgage deal but failed to execute, made us wait and not answering calls for days. Called us a few days later and offered a deal with higher interest rate. Not honest at all..

GoogleWe really recommend William H brown in Stevenage for anybody who is looking to buy or sell their property! If you ever get the chance to deal with Scott Hayter we would highly recommend!!! I had low expectations when he said he was a Chelsea supporter as they haven’t won much in the last 5 years, however He is the most genuine, chatty, knowledgable and hardworking bloke we have ever met. He went above and beyond to get us a sale, and kept us in the loop every step of the way, and always on hand to communicate, no matter what time of day it is. If your thinking of selling or buying a property, now is the time before Scott leaves to follow his dreams of been a Love island superstar!!!

Jack at the Stevenage office has been excellent and kept us in the loop throughout the entire sales process from offer to completion, couldn't ask for a more professional service and support. Excellent agents to deal with, very professional and kept us informed all the time. We felt that the team at the Stevenage office were all working for us, Scott, Ryan, Ashli and Jack, we felt very much at ease and they handled everything. One viewing day and multiple offers what could be better than that. Would definitely recommend WHB.

Fairly to say, not every mortgage adviser can work as hard as Rachel to help people ‘s difficult situation. GoogleAs a first-time buyer it can be quite daunting trying to find the right property and the right mortgage especially going into difficult times with the cost of living crisis. I originally approach William H Brown when there was a property on the market; which led me to have further conversations with their Mortgage Consultant Deniz. The process was laid out to me step by step which was really useful, especially as a first-time buyer. He has worked with me throughout the whole process from finding the right mortgage for me to supporting identifying my future home! The service has been professional, and efficient and will communicate throughout all the steps along the way. The team was fantastic and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.
