What an amazing team. We walked into william h brown Stevenage looking for our first home. At this point we was ready to give up we kept getting out bid on every property we viewed or not getting to view the properties to even make an offer. After explaining our struggles to Ryan he explained that their mortgage broker Denis offered a "help to find " service. We was reluctant to talk to their mortgage broker as I had already spoken to couple of them and already and had the mortgage sorted. Am I glad we did !!! Not only did he save us £165 on our monthly payments he also worked relentlessly to find us our dream home. I have had a good experience with William H brown in Stevenage, I have been dealing with Craig since January of this year when he first came to value my home. We did not put it straight away on the market and they did not pressure us to do so until we were ready. We had other companies valued the house but I felt more comfortable with Craig as he was very friendly and honest. Since putting our house on the market with them the whole team had been great. We initially had Craig round to value and he was great to deal with, open and honest, it took us a little while to then get on the market after the valuation as I then gave birth but since we have been on the market Ryan and Sophie have worked to get viewings booked in and also Deniz has helped with those he has seen for mortgage advise and today we have accepted an offer. Really pleased with the way the process has gone and would recommend the team. It really is a team effort with the agents which means it doesn't matter who you speak to they know all about your property.
