Once again we’ve had an excellent experience with Hill operative Simon doing work on our new home in Capstone Fields. He went above and beyond whilst sorting snags and gave useful advice on how to get some other bits done.I’d also like to thank Lyndsay on her excellent at home visit and the speed in which her and her colleague Nicole were able to sort some issues we had.Finally Alan in the sales office has continually been friendly both pre and post sale and kept up excellent communication throughout the entire sales process.

We are continuing to work with Hill on the snags at our property at Capstone Fields. It has been a very smooth journey. Nicole has been very responsive and has sped up the process when needed ensuring nothing seems like too small of a problem to be fixed. Simon the site operative fixing things has been exceptional. He worked really hard and super quick to get everything done before we moved in. He was meticulous and even found a couple more snags to report and fix.

Peter Miller attended our property to mastic round the toilet and shelf after having it replaced. He arrived on time and He was dressed in full uniform introduced himself upon knocking so at the door and took his shoes off before entering the property. He completed the job to a high standard and was very quick and efficient he left no mess and ensured we were happy with the job before leaving. He was very polite and friendly and even asked us how we were getting on with the house and if we are happy. Very nice gentleman and a good worker. Thank you Peter :)

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Hill Developers, particularly regarding the installation of a cooker hood in my home. Despite assurances and the trust placed in them, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.One glaring issue that highlights the lack of attention to detail and disregard for quality is the absence of a carbon filter in the cooker hood. This oversight is not only a breach of trust but also a significant inconvenience. It's inconceivable that such a basic component would be overlooked, especially considering the implications for air quality and safety in the kitchen.Furthermore, my attempts to address this matter with Hill Developers have been met with indifference and a reluctance to take responsibility. Despite raising the issue multiple times, there has been no acknowledgment of the oversight, let alone any action taken to rectify the situation.The lack of accountability and poor communication from Hill Developers is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expected professionalism and integrity, neither of which has been demonstrated in this instance.In conclusion, I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with Hill Developers. My experience has been marred by negligence and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I recently requested repairs for a damaged entrance door, and this morning, Faik from the contractor Hill's team attended to it. I was thoroughly impressed by his expertise and efficiency. Faik was not only patient in explaining his approach to repairing the door but also provided clear instructions on the next steps. He outlined the forthcoming procedure, indicating his return to paint the door, and set clear expectations for the next visit. Specifically, he mentioned that the painting would require a full day's work and advised me to prepare accordingly. I'm now awaiting a call from Hill to schedule the painting appointment. Based on my experience, I sincerely hope to have Faik handle the job, given his exemplary service.

Raalf Fallaha was who visited today. Very nice guy. He came to fix a door that was catching and he also checked the other doors for me which he discovered another door needed attention and carried that out too and also managed to fix my bath tap which I had an additional appointment for so I'm very pleased he managed to get all that done at the same time.

Andy Delaforce has been helping me fix a leak , and has come back again to finish off all the final cosmetic work, insuring the place is as good as new. He is always brings a cheerful approach to his work , and is very respectful of my home. Hill are lucky to have such a great member of staff. I'm also very Happy with Hill's after care, Customer service team , they get back to me when they say they will, and want to make sure you are happy with all the work completed, which I am.

We recently had our snagging list completed by Hill employee Peter Miller who was absolutely excellent. Courteous, professional and hard-working, Peter worked through a list of fixes to our property, keeping all areas clean and tidy.Peter was as absolute credit to the company he represents and having him work in our home for three days was no disruption at all to us, despite working from home and tending to three children and a dog.It says a lot about the company that they hire this calibre of individual.Many thanks!D&A

Barry from East London was great despite the lack of coordination from Hill, he had poor instructions and my petitions for what needed to be fix as it was not fully communicated to him. All resulting in me being left unsatisfied with the job itself even though Barry was lovely and very capable of the job, what was done was done well by him, but multiple things were left unfurnished because of the lack of communication. I am not please by the way Hills has managed my issues.
