TrustpilotTHE WORSE EXSPERIENC OF MY LIFE
Please stay away from this builder. I'm living my worse nightmare after spending all my saying and lifetime mortgage. A brand new flat, that has more problem than a century old abandoned house! Everything was wrong, from floor, to ceiling. During the first 2 years a had 50 people over hundreds of appointment trying to rectify the issues. Now the latest, a very bad water leaking, in a brand new flat, and obviously being outside the 2 years warranty Hill wash their hands as well Swan the developer. Please don't fall in my situation and go for different option, anything would be better than the quality provided from Hill! I would love to share pictures as wards can't describe it!

Today hill group come out to do some repairs on my HA property, I was lucky enough to be sent Raalf Fallaha. Raalf was very polite and helpful I fact he went above and beyond today by helping me with some other things I had wanted help with, he respected my property by removing his shoes without being asked he worked clean and safely which was another respected thing! Raalf even gave my property a lovely compliment which was great for me to hear! Thanks again and I hope he can hear about my review! God bless Kane.

Alan Deadman was assigned to the jobs raised for our property. He was prompt and on time, which is appreciated when you've made arrangements to be in. He was really polite and easy to talk to, and was absolutely fantastic with our two young children. This meant a lot to us given the fact he was a stranger in their home. The Jobs were completed to a high standard and he was happy to answer all of the questions we asked. He's an asset to Hill. Thank you again Alan.

We chose Hill for its reputation for great customer care and build quality, and overall, our experience has been positive.The buying process was smooth and efficient, special thanks to Maggie and Alan! Now, after living in our new home for three months, we’re extremely pleased with the property.While we did encounter a few snags, some major, most minor, the after-sales support has been great, giving us peace of mind even when things seem to go wrong. A big thank you to Nicole and Lynsey, who ensure all our issues are resolved quickly and professionally. We’d also like to highlight the excellent work of Mike Lewis, a Hill operative, who handled most of our repairs and also installed a pull-out larder for us. Mike was not only professional and efficient but also took the time to explain how various features around the house worked, which we really appreciated.

Tough Job Satisfactorily Completed by Simon Cowdrey.Several weeks ago, we have been hearing sounds like when a smoke alarm is running out of battery. However, we failed to identify any single alarm in our house making the sounds. Later we found the sounds coming from the loft. After reporting to Hill, no one certainly told us if there would be an alarm on the loft. Then Simon was sent to us.We all know that there is a risk walking on the loft. Without any reservation or hesitation, Simon got a ladder and went up to the loft. As the ventilation there was really bad, he needed to have a mask on for breathing. Before he went up, and when he opened the loft door, almost a hundred of dead flies fell over his head and body! We felt so sorry for that, but he made no complaints or showed no discontent. He even helped to clear up another hundred of dead flies stuck to the loft door. And he continued to go up, identified the smoke alarm, and replaced the battery. He was also very kind to help check if there are any issues on the loft, which we didn't request. After coming down, he taught us how to walk on the loft safely, though not recommended to do so unless needed to.This was definitely a tough job! I witnessed the whole process and have to say, Simon is so great! Thank you very much! We would like to express our thankfulness to him once again.

Barry and Paul C were friendly, with clear communication and efficient work. They both did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen cupboard shelf and fixing the one below. It looks good as new. They went above and beyond, fixing a few other things in the room I hadn't asked for. Super happy with the results!

I can’t speak highly enough of Hill-particularly Richard and Angela, who were so professional, efficient and organised.After 7 months of trying to get very bad damage from damp and mold in my property sorted, my building management company did nothing and would not arrange for anyone to fix the leak, or even investigate it properly.once I contacted Hill, they acted quickly, followed up diligently and did a great job, sorting everything for me when my building management company would do nothing. I finally have the issue sorted and no longer have to live in a damp and moldy flat!

I'd like to give a positive review on Peter Miller. He attended our property to look at a defect with our shower. He kept me updated at all times as to what the issue was and the solution. Peter was very friendly and informative and I would definitely recommend Hill in the future as Peter and the team have always provided an excellent service.

Great Customer service from start to finish. We had looked at many sites and narrowed our search down to two possibilities. After much deliberation Hill's won the day. This was in part due to the excellent work by Violeta our initial Sales contact who was exemplary in her dealings with us. Always responsive and kept us informed all the way. The pre-completion meetings with the team gave us a great insight as to what to expect when we finally completed on the house and we were not disappointed. The build quality of the house itself was excellent too with only expected minor snags that were fixed straight away. The site manager Marcus is outstanding and even with his heavy workload always found time for our queries etc. Overall if looking for a new home it would be very much worth considering a Hill development.

While we are happy with the overall hardware quality, some minor defects require post completion follow-up.There is also very professional & reliable salesman, Tom. He is very patient, friendly and with good trustful attitude. One of the staff, Simon Cowdrey, has just come to deal with several problems in our home. In terms of skill, he has done a fantastic job. Problems were dealt with well with clear explanations. The work was clean and tidy, especially in terms of personality, he is pleasant and easy to deal with. We had very comfortable conversations with him, but that did not stop him from doing a fantastic job in our home. We were very grateful that Simon came to solve several problems that were difficult for us. Thank you very much! One of Hill's operatives, Simon Cowdrey, had come to handle quite a few issues at our home just now. Skill-wise, he had done a great job. Issues were well managed with clear explanations. We valued a lot on his clean and tidy work, in particular. Personality-wise, he's very kind and easy-going. We had very comfortable conversations with him, but these didn't stop him from carrying out his great work at our home. On top of the assignments from Hill, Simon also did extra work to help fix a few other issues identified on the spot.
