To start off with first, We are in the process of selling our house and downsizing so looking for a good estate agent to sell our property and someone who cares about us keeps us informed, is easy to get on with, and gets in touch with,(It is stressful enough without having obstacles put in your way ), We have had quite a few estate agents come to value our home and most have stayed about 15-25 minutes and used terms we were not used to until we met Andrew Rogers from Haart Estate Agents Stevenage, who by the way stayed well over an hour explaining everything and doing the valuation, and his respecting our house from the onset, it was raining hence he had shoe covers he had bought with him, etc To say that we were at ease from the start and his professional approach in explaining the whole process from our house being valued to going on the internet and how they would conduct the sales and marketing leads to the point it is sold and there is so much that goes on in the background that we where unaware off, was so perfectly put to us in layman's terms, that we understood it well, It showed that Haart does train their staff very well in how to come across and answer any questions and concerns we had there and then, If you see other reviews about Haart you will see why so many give them a very respectable high score, I was interested to find out more about “ FLINK “ a company program they use to get market results and target genuine people to be honest it is genius, and Andrew explained fully to us how it worked to keep a high profile on our property sale even after the initial surge in interest, which by the way is only licensed to be used by Haart, After a few days, Andrew came round to take the photographs and once again he didn’t rush anything and professionally took them He also answered questions that we didn’t ask or forgot to ask on our first meeting, I hope like us you read this review and even others and give Haart a chance to WoW you like they did us, We are very pleased with their services and the honest, down-to-earth way they talk to you in plain English.

We had lovely service from Haart in stevenage buying our first home! Shannon was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process (even though i probably bombarded her with too many phone calls!) she took the time to suggest a house we wouldn't have otherwise looked at and we fell for it! Everyone i spoke to in store was helpful and calls were always returned if no one was around, something we notice was not always done in other estate agents. Thank you for all your help guys!

haart Stevenage - a must for your property sale! We have experienced an excellent service from Haart's Stevenage branch, having used them for the sale of our property. From Andrew Rogers initial meetings explaining how they would market the property, taking excellent photos and placing it online on all the key sales portals. To Marley Hamilton and Gemma Allen brilliantly handling all viewings and negotiations for the sale. And through to Adam Smith overseeing the final sale progression and ensuring we got over the line in our required timeframe and ensuring that the conveyancing solicitors involved in the purchase of my property were kept fully informed of our requirements and the need to progress everything quickly. You should seriously consider engaging Haart in Stevenage to handle the sale of any property in the area, they are an excellent and very knowledgeable team!

Andy and his team were immensely helpful, knowledgeable and prepared. Follow ups were never intrusive, and I felt at all stages that they fully appreciated my particular circumstances, and had the requisite knowledge and experience to take things forward successfully.
