I would recommend using HAART estate agents Stevenage. Andrew Winter has been fantastic to help guide me through this process of selling my house. Andrew is polite and professional, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I am updated on new information and is always offering help when he can. I would highly recommend Andrew to friends and family.

So it’s rare that you meet someone who just works hard. Before we called Marley we had many estates agents who promised viewings or to call at set times to see homes and we had started to become frustrated. After a call with Marley we had 5 Homes lined up over 3 days and not a single hitch. There are many agents who will tell you about their 30 years in the business but are useless. Give Marley 30 years and he will have personally solved the housing crisis.

My fiancee and I are currently in the process of looking for our first home. After hours on Rightmove, we had found some with Haart estate agents. A lovely phone call with Marley Hamilton got us on the way to some viewings. I've had multiple calls with Marley, who was extremely friendly and helpful towards two first time buyers, and is still currently going above and beyond to ensure that our search results in the perfect first home. I could not personally recommend reaching out to Haart, or more specifically, speaking with Marley enough. We are looking forward to viewing the first homes with him shortly!

I would just like to thank Jack draper of your Stevenage branch for he went above and beyond on the sale of my house. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks for your made up answer and excuses to be rude and patronising. I have not put in any blind offers I have simply stated my budget and put through 2 enquiries. But your smug uneducated agent went out of their way to call me and pretend to be confused which property I’m enquiring about. My budget is just over 20k under the made up asking price so completely reasonable. Good luck selling council houses in Stevenage with that attitude. Lol would never use to sell my properties and will tell everyone not to use them. That’s why you’re doing real estate in the most deprived area of the Uk. Get some people skills training.

Hi, thank you for taking time out of your day to leave your feedback. After reviewing the conversation you had with my colleague you had put through a number of enquiries through Rightmove putting forward 'blind offers' substantially under the market value of each of the properties which was explained on the call the sellers would be looking for substantially more than you were offering, on each of the properties. In most cases we had already received higher offers on each of the homes. Of course we would welcome any interest for our sellers homes but wouldn't want to waste your's or the sellers time with offers that wouldn't be considered.

Met Ben at an open day and from that meeting felt like he actually listened to what we were looking for. Less of the sales patter more focus on our likes. Very patient and when we had decided to put an offer in on a house, he kept us up to date throughout. highly recommended thank you Ben.
