GoogleI put the offer down last year around first week of November. Initial viewing and few months later everything was going alright. But later, I realised it was taking too long. After more than six months when started chasing haart, I could not get proper or prompt responses. So, I had pull out of the offer. I feel they should have been transparent about the communication from both (seller and buyer) side.
Hi Yogi, thank you for your review. We are of course a little disappointed with your experience. The property you were looking to purchase encountered a number of difficulties due to being a leasehold property which your solicitor had to deal with but was near on ready to exchange contracts when you decided to withdraw from the purchase. Whilst we understand your frustrations with how long the process was taking sadly with chains involved, leasehold properties along with the average sale time from offer accepted to exchange being a lot longer than normal in the UK it wasn't drastically longer than most.

GoogleThey are only good and proactive at the time of letting the property. But the maintenance team takes forever to resolve any urgent repairs / problems. Case in point they haven’t reimbursed the deposit and an extra month’s rent since we left the property 4 months ago. And now they don’t respond to the emails and don’t answer the calls from the familiar numbers.
