GoogleMy partner & I bought our first house through Andrew Winter and he made the process as simple as possible. We had dealt with a handful of other estate agents first and weren't impressed at all.
Andrew helped us get viewings times that worked (the viewings were during lockdown as so this was quite difficult), and was on hand to help with advice where we needed it - as first time buyers we weren't very clued up on what needed doing and when.
He has kept in touch frequently to make sure that everything is ok and has made the experience very pain-free!

GoogleWhen selling our home we had Ben Starr as our Sales consultant supporting us and just to say he lives up to his name, a Star! We have owned our house for 25 years and were very hesitant about moving but Ben assured us that everything would be fine and he would be there to support us from sale until completion so that our house sale would go smoothly. Following any appointment he ensured he received feedback from the viewers in which he always kept us well informed. During these difficult times he would ensure COVID guidelines were strictly adhered to by potential buyers which made us feel safe especially as we were shielding. Ben makes you feel like you are his only client and that your property is the only one he has to sell even though he has back to back appointments he never makes your potential buyer feel rushed during viewings. Ben has even given us great advice on what to consider when purchasing our new home. We are so grateful we had Ben at Haarts selling our home don't know what we would of done without him.

GoogleWe had a bumpy start to selling our property in a little village on the outskirts of Stevenage..first trying Purple brics. What with Brexit, a village and COViD, bad weather. We could not get the people to view our property. Step in Haart!
They were honest and pushed to sell our home by finding buyers who actually wanted the village life rather than those that like the idea until they see reality.
The team supported us on this long journey and did Thier best to encourage viewings.
I think now as we are coming to the end of the process...how much easier it would have been to use Haart and the wonderful staff at the start of our journey.
