GoogleOrganising a viewing was not the easiest, with multiple chase up phone calls having to be made. Little enthusiasm on the viewing. It didn't get any better when making an offer, we again had to chase after not hearing an update after a week and it took three phone calls to get an answer of where our offer was. From talking to friends this experience is not an isolated incident. No surprise there properties seem to be up for sale for a while. As a buyer we have been put off from using them and we would never consider them to sell any of our properties in the future.

GoogleStuart Wallace and Jack Draper with their Fantastic Team in Haart Stevenage, were extremely Professional and Passionate in the managing of our House Sell. They kept on top of things and even managed the Chain and Time Line to ensure we got to the end point. Comparing Haart with the other local estate Agents they offer a far far better service - you get what you pay for. Haart really care about delivering a superb Customer Service. They did us proud and also copied it with the follow on Successful Sell of my wife's parent's Stevenage Home, so they could join us in our two respective house moves to Shropshire. GoogleOur good experience with Haart was entirely down to Ben Starr. Viewing houses was a stressful experience, but he made it very easy. He was informative, helpful, but also very down to earth and realistic, and very obviously tailored his service to our needs. I would highly recommend contacting him directly if you're working with Haart.

GoogleWe dealt almost exclusively with Shannen who I found to very knowledgeable about the market and the area. Shannen also offered some good advice even when Haart were not directly involved, which she didn't have to do as well as understanding our requirements and only forwarded properties that were relevant. I would definately recommend giving Haart a call if you are looking for your new home. I will be.
