GoogleWe would like to thank Haart Stevenage for their hard work in selling our flat on Priestley Road. We had found a house we loved and put in an offer having not even put our flat up for sale. We met four different Estate Agent Companies In Stevenage. Haart were not the cheapest but they were upfront and told us everything was included in the price. Several other estate agents were offering a basic fee and everything else was more money on top!
We needed a quick sale as were only given a month to sell by the owners of the house we were buying. Haart had us on the market and sold within two weeks.
Their service throughout has been amazing. Always easy to contact. Johnathan personally dealt with us and our buyers. When things started to get complicated with the management company and solicitors Stuart (manager) really stepped up and chased everything for us. It took 6 months to complete but Haart never stopped following things up.
Would thoroughly recommend using them!

GoogleHaart at team have been amazing! Out of all the estate agent there weren’t the cheapest but you pay for what you get! Since the first time Jack walked through the door to value the house I knew I had the right team on the job. He spent a great deal of time going through everything with me and no pressure. He then came back with Shannon to do the professional photos which came out fab with the advert. The marketing and updates I got through out from jack were great. Any problems that arose and bit I was unsure of during the process jack quickly helped and answered. When recently Adam took over dealing with the last bit of my sale/purchase he has been really friendly and professional throughout and has done everything he can to help us.
What a great team! Thanks again Jack for you above and beyond your role. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately there was a hold up with solicitors on the exchange day and I couldn’t get to the office in time to get my keys before closing so Shannon personally delivered them to me on her way home from work! I felt that I was provided with a very personal service and I was treated like a friend as well as a customer.

A little tricky at the beginning when trying to get hold to arrange a viewing, as for some reason you can only book this via the person who is dealing with that property (not the easiest thing when you work and can only call people quickly in your lunch breaks!). But other than that, they've done their job well and kept us informed of the process throughout.

GoogleI used Haart of Stevenage to sell my 3 bed house in Stevenage all of the staff were polite and efficient and they gave me confidence they would market the house to the largest number of buyers. Shannen took some lovely photos and the write up made the property very appealing.
I had around 10 accompanied viewings and had a good offer in the first week the property was on the market
Stuart then chased solicitors tirelessly to enable exchange of contracts and I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent to make moving home as stress free as possible.

FacebookDisappointed and frustrated with the way they have handled our sale. Once they introduced a purchaser there was little to no support. 5 months later we finally achieved an exchange after being given a lot of false information and a number of staff leaving whilst dealing with this transaction. At the beginning of the sale we were assured that the purchaser was in a position to buy the property and it then came to light that there were problems with his sale and his mortgage all of which had been kept from us. If we had not kept pushing and pushing we would still NOT have exchanged 😡

They clearly have a good understanding of the market and marketed our property very well, securing buyers with a week of it being listed.
