GoogleConsidering that they will just claim that this and that isn’t factual instead of actually addressing problems then perhaps I will just say that if it wasn’t factual as they claim it to be so, then they would actually be escalating it to the complaints department as requested rather than leaving a public essay response to cover their own backs on a google review.
May I remind Haart Stevenage that Email correspondence which shows breaches in procedures and contractual obligations do not just go away because you think as a salesman that you can just talk your way out of it.
They will happily gloss over the fact that we have them in writing in breach of their own terms and policies yet will still pretend that this is not the case.
Just making up stuff isn’t going to cut it: I’m sure the Ombudsman will be more than happy to see your unwillingness to accept any responsibility for your own actions.

Good morning Andy, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with regards to your experience via ourselves. I do need to point that a number of your statements are not factual 1) You've stated the sale fell through due to the buyer not being able to afford your property, the sale was agreed some 5years ago, at a time where your apartment block was not mortgageable following changes to the EWS1 requirements so subsequently fell through due to the required information needed by lenders not being available so the property came off of the market. 2) You appointed us again to sell your property 5years later once the issues were rectified within the development. Which I would question if you felt we did such a terrible job the first time round why you would appoint us again? 3) We had a number of viewings which we were unable to get into your property due to not being able to get through to yourselves and calls never being returned therefore it was impossible to sell your property when access to get people through your door was not given. 4) You've stated one of our competitors should be used however they've not sold your property?
I wish you both the best of luck for the future and ultimately hope you achieve the move you desire and you give your newly appointed Estate Agent a better opportunity to sell your home.
I will finish to say we've sold several properties within your block which are all working towards completion dates who are all happy with the service provided from start to now.

GoogleMarley Hamilton was such a gentleman when I booked for an agent to show me two flats in Stevenage. He was very knowledgeable about the flats snd answered all my questions very well. I got lost when driving to one of the addresses taking a bit longer than expected, however, Marley was very patient with me and was smilling asking me not to apologise at all as it was just normal. I felt at ease to follow him to the next flat for viewing. The process is still ongoing but so far so good with the service I have received from him.
