I'm in the process of buying a property with my mum in Stevenage and Marley Hamilton has been very helpful from the day we started looking for a property. Marley is very helpful and gives you the answers to the questions you may have, he gave me and my mum advice with different things about each property we have visited with him and he is always giving updates, if you guys want to find a property in Stevenage, i would recommend going to Haart Estate Agents in the Stevenage Town Centre and ask for Marley Hamilton as overall, he is a very helpful gentleman.

We attended a property viewing with estate agent, Ben Starr. Ben was absolutely exceptional! His personality, knowledge and guidance was outstanding. He went above and beyond, giving ideas and suggestions on how to modernise the property. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sold my property in 3 days and helped us find our dream house. From the beginning we had a good experience with Andrew Winter at Haart Stevenage. He did a great job of running through all the key points during the valuation and made us feel like he would do a good job selling our house at the right price. The house write up and pictures were up very quickly. Haart set up an open day on the following Saturday so we knew there was a good chance of only needing to vacate the property once. Adam Smith did a brilliant job on the day to show potential buyers round and handled all of the offers process to make things simple and smooth. Andrew Winter came back on board after our chain was stalling and really pushed things forward by hitting the phones. Communication is key and both Andrew and Adam were on hand throughout and available on the phone.
