Haart have been a pleasure to deal with whilst buying our first property. From Jack who initially dealt with our interest in the property through to Stuart who we could not praise highly enough. We were kept informed the whole way through the process, even after experiencing difficulty with our solicitor. Stuart was quick to ensure things went as smoothly as possible and went above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service. I recently used the Haart team to sell my current property as part of a move maker scheme with a new build developer. As part of my sale I ended up using 2 other local estate agents, before eventually switching one of them out to Haart. I didn't regret my decision at all. The Haart team came round and took some great photos, had a number of viewings arranged within 24 hours and generated a sale of the property within 48-72 hours. So far my experience has been nothing but positive, and Johnathan is very open about how his team go about their work which is refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Our flat was initially up with a competitor. Jack contacted us and came out for the evaluation and was brilliant! Knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer any question we threw at him. He also explained the best strategies to market our property and talked us through the way Haart work. Within 3 weeks we'd sold after having over triple the amount of viewings than our initial agent had arranged. Our chain was a nightmare but Stuart was incredible. Reassuring, calm and professional at all times. He was also totally committed to getting our sale completed. He was able to reach various contacts when no one else could and was fully aware at all times where we were with the process and what was to come next. Shannen assisted with the exchange and completion (same day) and was also a credit to Haart! We did pay slightly more selling via Haart than other local agents but considering the service and support it was 100% worth it!

By far the best estate agent in Stevenage. Whereas previous agents had short term success booking viewings before dying down to a flat line, Haart delivered a conveyor belt of well qualified viewings and worked closely with us to ensure we got the best price possible from the most suitable buyers. We found their staff a pleasure to work with; friendly, consultative and, above all else, thoroughly knowledgeable; and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family (in fact we already have). I have recently sold a property with Haart Stevenage. I received outstanding service from both Shannen and Stuart who went above and beyond during what was a challenging sale. Considering I had already relocated 300 miles away nothing was too much trouble. Shannen even went around to help when things needed doing at the property when I wasn't physically able to get there. They always returned calls and emails and kept me up to date throughout, and above all was upfront and honest with me throughout. I would highly recommend using Haart Stevenage. Shannen is definitely an asset to their team.

The team at Haart were fantastic in their service for securing a successful sale on my property in Stevenage. Having wasted four months with another local estate agent, who not only did not secure any offers on the property but were also consistently negative in their approach and feedback towards marketing my house, after I asked the Haart team for help they had an offer secured after only THREE DAYS on the job! Stuart kept me updated at all times and was always available if I had questions. The marketing approach was spot on as it attracted exactly the right prospective buyers. Haarts efficient work resulted in me being able to move forward with my new property without delay. They made the process as stress free as possible, despite them having to chase up loose ends in the process, which was never too much effort for them. It is not worth trying smaller or cheaper estate agents as it is a false economy, if you want to sell your house and deal with people who really know their job and not be hanging around for months with no interest, then I would highly recommend Haart.

I would highly recommend HAART Stevenage to sell your property. I have recently sold my property through them and the whole team at Haart Stevenage was superb. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful and really assisted me with the very stressful time of selling my house. I chose them because they sold my daughter's flat within three days after she had tried for three months to sell it with other Stevenage agents. Haart sold my house very quickly and I am sure this was because of their insightful description of my house and the wonderful photographs they took. If ever I rang them and they were engaged they always, without fail, rang me back quickly.
