Wow, the service from Haart has really been 5 star!! I had marketed my property with another agent, no communication and the property had sat there for 3 months. Marley and Haart has provided a completely different service with a 4 week turn around! I can’t thank Marley enough! I would highly recommend.

1st property: I called and expressed me interest on a property on the day it was listed. Ben emailed me at 5:58 on a Friday saying he'd tried to ring, but I hadn’t received a call. I called back on Saturday and someone took my details and said I'd receive a call back. I then called again on Tuesday and was informed that all the viewings on the property were fully booked for the week - that seller accepted an offer before I got a chance to view thanks to the incompetence of the Haart team. 2nd property: Had a 3:30 viewing which both myself and my partner had made alterations to our working days to fit in this viewing. Received a call 90 minutes before my viewing to say that it's being cancelled due to "having trouble gaining access to the property". 3rd property: Ben was waiting to greet us at the entrance to the property right on-time for our viewing. He was polite, informative and apologised for the previous inconvenience.

He made everything very easy, nothing was too much trouble; he went the “extra mile” to sell the house promptly. We recently sold our home using the brilliant team at Haart Stevenage. From the moment Andrew did the valuation and took the pictures we knew they were the right agent for us. Ben was very professional and was showing our property regularly to possible buyers and each time followed the covid guidelines which made us feel safe. Once Ben had found us a buyer and negotiated a great offer we moved over to Adam who is the manager who kept us up to date at each stage. He was very responsive, knowledgable and I would highly recommend him and his team to sell our next home each and every time. This is the second time we have used Haart stevenage. The first was buying from them and now 5 years later we sold by them. They even provided the solicitor and broker from Just mortgages to make sure the process went through on time. We cannot recommend Haart Stevenage enough, we have been viewing properties with various agents but Haart are by far our favourite with there professionalism, prompt appointment booking and communication. After experiencing a negative experience with another estate agent, Adam and his team ( in particular Benjamin!!) have been amazing. As 1st time buyers, this experience can be somewhat daunting. We had seen over 40 properties with many different agencies. Finally after meeting with Benjamin, we finally found an agent that was informative, open and honest and most importantly, wasn't pressuring us to make an offer. I am pleased to say we have purchased our 1st home through Haart Stevenage and throughout the entire process, Benjamin and the team continue to go above and beyond with their customer service and help. I bombard poor Benjamin with emails and calls and he still hasn't got annoyed with me and replies in such a timely manner. Always happy and helpful, even in these difficult time when I know his workload is immense! We highly recommend them ( Benjamin in particular!!) especially if you are 1st time buyers! :)

5 stars for Andrew Winter I have had a great experience with Haart at Stevenage in all respects, regarding the sale of my late Mother's house but wanted to give a special mention to Andrew Winter. Adam came to photograph my Mother's property and complete all the necessary paperwork and within 20 minutes of him doing do and returning to the office with the keys, Andy was on the case and had arranged a viewing! He came out that very same afternoon to accompany a lady who had been on the books for a while. He showed her round and this resulted in an offer being made not even one hour after Adam had left! I can't sing Andrew's praises enough. He is on the ball, very professional and really knows his stuff. There may be cheaper Estate Agents out there but you would not receive this level of expertise or the personal touch as I've received from Andrew at Haart. (this goes for Adam too who also deserves a mention here.) Special thanks to Andrew - I would not hesitate to recommend Haart to others!
