GoogleThe agents are indeed polite and hard working, however, the availability of their letting properties is quite unstable. Given that the last time i went for a flat view (at ~4:30pm, first one to view and i was the only viewing person for that day), i have immediately asked for the bank detail as am interested to rent it. However, what i received later on the day was a notice telling me that the old tenant has decided to stay and rent longer....

Straightforward with his answers and not trying to sell me fake info. Sadly to say, the property is a bit further from the station, otherwise, would have placed an offer.

At first I was very skeptical about the fixed fee option as I felt they wouldn't be motivated to sell our house... and I was wrong. Sold our house on first day of viewings achieving a much higher price than thinking was actually possible with 6 offers. We used AH to sell our house, but also purchased our new house through them too. We didn't feel pressured into using them after the evaluation was complete, and their approach to the first step of the process was so relaxed and friendly, it was one of the key points to us instructing them. Ashley and the whole team were brilliant with each step of the process, and couldn't fault their communication to keep us up to date at all times. We will definitely be recommending Agent Hybrid to anyone going through the sale/buying experience.
