My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Yasemin at agent hybrid for the purchase of our new house. From start to finish Yasemin was hard working, personable, easy to contact and always quick to act. The moving process is always a stressful task and the trouble we had with solicitors didn't help but Yasemin was always there to support us. Agent hybrid aren't your usual stuffy estate agent, they're modern and friendly with an inviting office. Absolutely recommend using this estate agent for property sales!

Buying our first home with Agent Hybrid couldn’t have been easier. From the initial viewing with James to completion with Yasemin, everything went as planned. James made us feel comfortable from the beginning by facilitating a peaceful viewing with none of the suspicious behaviour I’ve experienced from other estate agents. I wanted to see the house, he showed me the house, that was it. That is all I wanted. When it came to making an offer, the first wasn’t accepted and the counter was, simple, easy and dealt with quickly. From then on, dealing with Yasemin abd the team was fantastic. We were kept informed of what was going on throughout the process with the right amount of communication and swift responses to our queries. On key collection day we were welcomed in to the office with a smile and were handed a gift box along with our keys. This gesture was greatly appreciated and really did round off the deal. Lenor now has a new customer for dryer sheets! The Haribos also kept us fuelled when unpacking the mugs and plates in our new bedroom and our clothes in the kitchen. A truly excellent experience from this team. They had a viewing arranged for the house even before the details were available on Rightmove. We sold the house 48 hours later for £5k more than our asking price. Throughout the contract process Agent Hybrid handled all the repeat viewings from the buyer, and kept us informed every step of the way.I can't praise them highly enough. I called in Agent Hybrid as I liked their charging structure which was much better than a percentage charge on the final sale. Ashley is a knowledgeable of the area and the prices a house could go for. He was really friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with me. Ashley took the photos of the house which enabled a quick turnaround to produce the brochure. Agent Hybrid use the major websites to advertise the house and was able to get viewings booked quickly and I was able to see the bookings via my email. Yasemin managed the whole process after I had the offers. She made weekly calls for an update but would call if she needs to ask her question or an urgent update. Yasemin is great to work with, friendly, professional and gave me confidence when I was unsure. James and Hayley were also helpful when I called in.I would highly recommend Agent Hybrid.
