My initial enquiry was responded to quickly, our pictures were great, the property was put on the market almost the same day and our flat had 2 viewings and 2 offers in just 3days later and we accepted one of them.

We decided to go with agent hybrid as their prices seemed the best around. We paid the one of fee. They were superb from start to finish. Yasmin was so professional and knowledgeable. I sometimes think if it wasn’t for her going the extra mile we would have lost our purchase. Would highly recommend. Thank you for everything 😊

The team at Agent Hybrid especially James all worked very hard to sell our property and get it through to a successful completion. There were a few hiccups along the way but these were overcome successfully. House buying and selling is a very stressful process and you need good estate agents and solicitors behind you to provide professional help and support.

GoogleRecently used Agent Hybrid to purchase a property and can honestly say their service was brilliant, always kept informed if not me they kept in contact with my solicitors as I wasn't always available due to work commitments. They were always very polite and professional in their busy. I never heard of them until I found the property I wanted to purchase and can honestly say service was better than the bigger Agency out there. GoogleI have never forgotten the impeccable service by both Ashley and James. Have used them in the past when viewing properties for myself and my parents on several occasions. Although I didn't buy a property with them I felt their service to me stood out from all other agents in the area. That to me meant a lot and therefore I haven't forgotten them as I'm a firm believer in you never know when you might need them in the future and so I came back to them for an enquiry my parents had and they were always top of my list. So thanks once again after a few years later you stood out to me above the rest.

I find it most unusual the reviews for this agent. They do not seem to understand the basics of Estate Agency. They need to understand the 1979 Estate Agents Act. An agent must try and achieve the best possible price for their client. They have proven they're not doing this. I was prepared to make a generous cash offer on a property, however they cancelled my viewing and said the property was already sold! Although it was available less than 24 hours earlier when I booked the viewing. It might have been under offer, but they should have still given the opportunity for other viewings booked to go ahead, as they don't know if they have achieved the best price for their client!
Mr Edwards, it was clearly explained to you on the phone call you had with my colleague that five offers had already been submitted on the property, of which our seller requested that best and final offers were obtained, presented and no further viewings to go ahead. A sale has now been agreed and within 24 hours of marketing. In my opinion, very good estate agency, to which our reviews reflect. You were offered a viewing time on the same day offers were received. You were unavailable. You have not even viewed the property and simply implying that you 'may' have offered a higher figure, simply does not constitute as being a valid offer. Just because you didn't get your own way, does not warrant you to be rude and aggressive to our staff members and we quite frankly would not engage in business with you anyway, under those circumstances. GoogleI had to move to Stevenage last minute. Considering I have never been to Stevenage, Agent Hybrid was very helpful with finding me a room. I had to leave the room earlier then expected and they were very helpful with finding a new tenant as quickly as possible. Michelle and Yaesmin in particular were very informative.

It was like that in January/February and it's still like that now. Agent Hybrid sold our home for us and we received excellent service from Ashley, James and Yasmin throughout the process. Their communication was exceptional . Ashley even emailed us while he was in hospital for an appointment and made sure we were kept up to date. James negotiated with our buyers gaining us a higher price than we expected and Yasmin chased everything that needed to be chased and got back to us promptly. If we ever sell again we will definitely be using Agent Hybrid again and we recommend them to everyone we know.
