A team of genuinely lovely people. I would not hesitate in recommending Agent Hybrid when it comes to buying or selling a home. Ashley, James and Yasemin were the people I dealt with during my sale and they were flawless from start to finish. All of the potential buyers who came to view the house (which has now sold) were all equally complimentary of Agent Hybrid and I'm sure this helped get my house sold twice in a matter of weeks!

Fantastic Service Via Yasemin!!!We were very unlucky with missing out on a number of properties, but once we got going with an accepted offer, Yas we super on top of all our requests for information and keeping us informed of everything what was happening. I recently purchased a flat and Agent Hybrid were the selling agents. It was a long process due to delays in the chain however in my dealings with Agent Hybrid they were responsive, diplomatic and most importantly experienced and proffessional throughout. On completion I appointed them to manage my flat for rental and they almost immediately found a tenant and dealt with the whole process very efficiently. What stands out is the extra input Agent Hybrid put in that makes the difference and I would not hesitate in recommending Ashley and the team at AH.

GoogleOffered 306k on a property on Fox Road, seen sold 2 years later for 303k. Meaning they probably don't present offers to vendors, if buyers takes out a mortgage via them. Standard nasty practice. Watch BBC Panorama on Estate Agents.

We brought a 2 bed property from Agent Hybrid during Covid-19 lockdown. Yasemin Akan was so helpful throughout what turned to be a 6 month process due to chain complications. Yasemin, was responsive, reliable and detailed with her information. We really valued her transparency and effort, especially when the top of the chain were so difficult to communicate with. Yasemin stood out in the somewhat painful 6 month process as a beacon of light!

We first met Ashley when he worked for his previous employer and we bought our first house 8 years ago - he was very friendly and helpful throughout this process so it was an obvious decision to approach him when it came to selling that house in 2017.The virtual tour of our house Ashley put online gave speculative buyers a really great level of detail about our house so that actual viewings were very much potential buyers who were, in effect, at second viewing stage. Ashley was excellent at getting viewings through the door at an early stage and flexible to accommodate viewings at short notice and at awkward times. We sold our house within a few weeks despite being on top of Christmas. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Agent Hybrid and if we were to sell our house again this is where we'd go.

Ashley provided a superb service at extremely good value. Quick and professional, when we move next time we will be using him again. The “walk through” product he uses is excellent, giving buyers a vision that standard photos can’t. We had offers very quickly and achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations.We did our own viewings as it allowed a flexibility (for example evening viewings) that potential buyers appreciated, rather than the standard 9-5 midweek days that most people can’t do due to work.We saved a fortune on our fixed price model and Ashley kept us continually updated on progress.Highly recommended.Paul and Hayley

Ashley and James were both excellent at pre sale stage. We agreed a price for the sale and within 24 hours had nine viewings lined up. We had two asking price offers and one above asking price. Once the sale as agreed Yasemin worked really hard to make sure the sale progressed. She kept us updated throughout the process. I would recommend this estate agents every time.

We chose Agent Hybrid to represent our property, as when we previously went house hunting in 2022/23, they were our favourite agents that showed us around some properties. They were super friendly, allowed us to move around the property freely and were highly knowledgeable about each property. They had a different aurora about them, as when they showed us around it felt natural and didn’t feel like a sales pitch, which is how we felt with other estate agents.

We have had some difficulties because of the long chain but agent hybrid, in particular Yasemin went above and beyond to get the sell completed in time. I can't rate Agent Hybrid highly enough. James and Ashley were great from day 1 when we viewed the property all the way through to getting the keys (which they delivered on completion day with a card and a small bottle of prosecco). They were available on the phone and by email all the way through the process and made the purchase of our new home as straight forward as possible.
