Agent Hybrid's work was first rate

We instructed Agent Hybrid to sell our first home for us, with a view to us relocating to another area of the country in order to grow our own business. For us, that could have caused a lot of stress as the sale of our home was crucial to everything else in our lives.Agent Hybrid were knowledgeable, professional and innovative in the ways they marketed our property. A walk-through tour of our home, along with the photos taken by the team, showed our home in the best light imaginable and it helped the property sell quicker than we had hoped for. As well as the excellent work on the sales side, the Agent Hybrid team found a perfect buyer - someone who was chain free.Outstanding work from an outstanding team who care about the work they do.

They are so helpful and are quick at replying to any emails or phone calls. Constant updates throughout the process so you know exactly what’s going on from putting in the offer to getting the keys. I met Ashley when I first viewed the house that I now own. He is a very pleasant chap and maintained complete professionalism and frequent contact throughout the entire transaction. He went out of the way on several occasions to chase the onward chain and I feel in this day and age, this is quite a rarity from my own experience with other estate agents.At the time of completion I was even having lunch in town and he came to me to give me the keys, emphasising his willing-ness to go the extra mile, literally.I would thoroughly recommend Agent Hybrid and Ashley if you're thinking about selling your property; when that time comes again I know who I will be calling!Ashley, thank you for making my onward purchase a pleasant experience, I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Agent Hybrid are fantastic. They are professional, friendly and provide a great service selling your home and responding to any queries you have along the way. They did not go in for the hard sale like many other agents did which can make you feel awkward- and they didn’t need to as their sales stats spoke for themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again if I moved!
