GoogleMy wife and I had a viewing with Joe, and Millie dealt with the referencing and contract. Both were warm, friendly and efficient. I don’t work due to severe disability and have experienced blatant discrimination at other agencies, but it wasn’t treated as an issue at all by Robert Ellis. Really happy with our experience and would recommend.

We asked for advise on offers and next stages and the knowledge Natalie has in sales exceeds all the only the other estate agents we have dealt with. GoogleWendy and Millie have been amazing! I am literally THE WORSE landlady! They have shown patience, support, and guidance- literally holding my hand and walking me through every step until the finish line. They have empowered me to make my own choices, without bias ( ‘need gas safety on the hob- we can arrange or you can get a quote and do independently’ ) Nagged me gently and politely to complete paperwork. Most impressively, have not failed to identify extras for the tenants (‘curtain rails aren’t essential, but would be nice’) in the full knowledge that by making both me and the Tennant happy, they are establishing the foundations of a really good relationship. All this, whilst making me feel like I am their only customer. Millie and Wendy are literally my new parents. They have supported me, advised me, encouraged me to make my own choices, checked everything I have done, and have ensured that I cannot fail. They have been utterly awesome.
