GoogleRobert Ellis (Deb Marlow) was just fab to deal with in the purchase of my mums new bungalow. It was a big move from family home to her bungalow and despite lots of ups and downs along the way (not due to Robert Ellis) we got there in the end. I felt supported along the way in the process by great communication with Deb. Big thanks :)

GoogleZERO stars. WASTE OF TIME. There are more that 20 houses for rent in Website but when you call or emailed them there is nothing available. We spent one month with the Staperfold office and nothing they really don't care. We wanted to move from London to Nottingham (Staperfold) and we were really in stress because we had one month to move and to find school for our daughter and we went for one week every day to office and we fill forms and forms and forms and documents every day and we both have jobs we have a guarantor and we saw some houses but I think there is nothing . You have to emailed them and call them for answers they just say unfortunately the landlord didn't give you the house. Better with the small agencies there are more helpful

GoogleHaving been shown round numerous properties by numerous agents in the same day, it was a pleasure to meet Nathan from Robert Ellis who showed us around a property in Stapleford. Unlike a lot of the other agents we dealt with that day, Nathan was exceptionally well-prepared, knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field, combined with excellent local knowledge and a strong understanding of the market. I would recommend Nathan and Robert Ellis to anyone looking to sell or rent property in the area.

GoogleI rented a house through the stapleford branch back in 2017 (march-november). In the past few days I have been contacted by a utilities company saying that I owed them money (misunderstanding on their part). I sought the help of Deanna Hall from the stapleford branch to talk to the utility company on my behalf and she did an amazing job. Found all of the paperwork and documentation that I needed and remained totally professional at all times. I was getting very stressed and anxious with the situation but she helped an awful lot. I couldn't recommend her, and the rest of the rental team's, services enough. Wendy West was equally as helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem and ensuring that we had left mo stone unturned. Thank you, very much.

GoogleMyself and my wife have just sold and bought through Robert Ellis , stapleford branch. From the start we were allocated Beth McGill as our point of contact. From the out set Beth Was welcoming, courteous and dealt with us respectfully. At 1st we sold our house in 2 days and everything seemed to be straight forward. We then discovered due to a 3rd party this was going to be a drawn out exchange , and Beth would have her work cut out with chasing other parties and keeping us up to date. She consistently demonstrated her honesty and integrity. Beth updated as when she stated she would and replied to emails promptly until the exchange and handing over keys. Beth was professional and informative at all times. I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis as an estate to buy and sell through.
