GoogleThe guys in the Stapleford office have a dedicated and highly respectful attitude towards tenants in my experience. I called regarding an issue with a faulty lock and Deanna barely let me finish my sentence before she was off the phone. Within 5 minutes a lock specialist had called me offering to come round that day. The lock guys who attended were efficient, professional and polite. Thank you Deanna and Robert Ellis Stapleford.

GoogleRented a house with them a couple of years ago and the agent was rude, unresponsive, and refused to answer clearly to our questions (I suppose they weren't sure about the answer but didn't want to admit it). Fortunately, the landlord was much more responsive, though rightfully upset about having to do the agency's job. We thought it was just that particular agent being unprofessional, but we recently booked a viewing with the sales team and the agent that showed us around was equally awful: he just looked at his phone the whole time we were there and made us feel like he was making us a huge favour being there. Glad we didn't end up buying the property and hopefully won't ever have to deal with Newman Properties again.

GoogleMy husband and I have been on a very long, very hard journey to sell our house. Issues with HS2 and then the pandemic made it all a lot harder thank it needed to be. We dealt primarily with Debbie and god love that woman, what a job she has had with us. She has had to call me 5 times to tell me that my sale had fallen through. She has honestly been a rock through the whole thing and we could not have done it without her! GoogleWe used the Stapleford branch of Robert Ellis to sell our home in 2021 and we were very impressed with their communication and efficiency throughout the process, especially with the chaos of the stamp duty holiday going on! They are the only estate agents who we would trust to give an accurate market value of a property and if we needed to use them again we wouldn't hesitate. Thanks again to everyone in the team :)
