Helene showed us around the property and quickly got back to me with the application and the relevant information and paperwork. Overall a very good experience with Robert Ellis considering the fact that we've been with them for over 5 years now. Helene is also consistent when it comes to helping if there's any issues regarding the property as well as the scheduled inspections every few months. She is also very friendly and always provides an excellent service. Very happy overall.
