I have to give a huge thank you to Claire Greensmith, Paul Sweeney and all the whole Stapleford office - they’ve been a pleasure to deal with from trying to find a property through to the sale of our house. Claire in particular has been meticulous in her customer service, making sure we’ve been kept in the loop every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for a smooth running sale. We’ve had a few bumps along the way (through no fault of Robert Ellis) but the work ethic from the whole Stapleford branch has been exceptional. Communication has been amazing, if I’ve not been able to get in touch I can guarantee I will hear back from someone very quickly; every one involved has been incredibly personable. I don’t wish to move house again any time soon but I’d stick with Robert Ellis every time and encourage anyone to use them. Thank you so much for all of your professionalism and for making our sale an easy one!

Robert Ellis are the best letting agents I've ever dealt with, and you can see why they have several branches and such a dominance in the local area. I have found them to be friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and responsive. They communicate well and don't forget about you once you have signed a contract like some agents do. Any problems or queries are swiftly dealt with. Big shout out to Amy in the Stapleford office, who is friendly, helpful and communicates well. Every street in the local area is decorated with Robert Ellis signs; it's quite impressive and reminds me of the general elections. If Robert Ellis was a political party, it would wipe out any opposition at every election and hold the local parliamentary seat with a massive majority for years on end!

I recently used Robert Ellis to rent out my house in stapleford. I already had a Tennant lined up so wanted to use their services to do all the paperwork and legal set up. I phoned and spoke to Wendy who had all the information to hand. This was then passed to Millie who handled the file. From my perspective everything was quick and easy and definitely worth the payment for peace of mind and the time it saved me. I would be confident using them again in the future.

I was already in a property with Robert Ellis and had a wonderful experience with them, so when myself and my partner decided to look for somewhere to rent together, there was no question about the fact that we wanted to rent through them. Amy was the lettings agent that we worked with and she was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the process whilst doing everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible.
