GoogleJust writing a quick review to say thanks to Robert Ellis for all they've done for us. After a hassle-free moving in process we moved into our beautiful rented house in July, which had some damp issues in two of the bedrooms (we knew about this before renting). Wendy and Abbie worked tirelessly to get contractors to strip the rooms back down to brick, plaster them and paint them within a short amount of time, leaving us with two gorgeous spare bedrooms which look brand new. I would like to thank them both for their efforts and they have made such an impact on our lives. Not only did they get the work completed, they managed the whole process with efficiency and organisation - but most importantly with a smile and friendly attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I just want to thank them both especially for their help. It's not every day you find an estate agent who go above and beyond for their tenants, but Stapleford Letting is an example of an agent that does just that. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone wishing to rent a house - thanks again!
