GoogleWe recently sold and bought through Robert Ellis Stapleford and have done previously mainly for the service and professional approach of Paul in the first instance but also his support team.
The speed in which Paul and his team, with mentions to Beth and Nathan who were very actively involved, carried out the initial survey to listing was excellent and viewings came in within hours with offers and a sale soon after.
They followed the whole process to moving day and went above and beyond despite a few hiccups in the chain, which I must add were not their doing.
All in all very good service.

GoogleThe team at Robert Ellis Stapleford branch have been absolutely excellent throughout the sale of our property in what I’m sure was one of their most challenging situations.
Having marketed our beautiful home superbly well thanks to the friendly and professional Nathan Henshaw, and Debbie Marlow obtaining lots of viewings we managed to sell our property in the space of a week, however, after experiencing not just one but three sales falling through Debbie Marlow was amazing!
She stuck with us the whole way, liaised and communicated with everyone she could to ensure the chain was happy and moving, was very professional but empathic and understanding to our situation. After months of constant let downs, Debbie was the constant, she went over and above for us on many occasions and we are so happy to have had the great news our sale has gone through and me, my wife and our little 5 month old will finally be able enjoy our new home.
Fantastic service all round would definitely recommend to others!
