GoogleWe have just sold our home through Robert Ellis Stapleford (and bought with Robert Ellis Beeston - also super helpful!). The valuation of our home from Robert Ellis seemed significantly more informed than the other estate agents we invited for a valuation, and they clearly had a good understanding of the local market. Prior to the photos, we were in the final stages of our renovation, and Nathan (the valuer) gave good advice on what was important to complete, and what things would not be worth the effort of doing. The photos and advert were of a high quality, and it was good to have the 3d view on offer for potential buyers (we certainly found this very useful when looking at properties to buy). We sold the house within a week of the advert being published, for a price we were very happy with, and Robert Ellis liaised effectively with potential buyers throughout. Once we’d accepted an offer, our sale was handled by Lorraine. She was fantastic throughout the process - she kept us updated on developments and helped move things along with our buyers’ solicitors when things were not progressing as they should. She was very responsive, and was an excellent source of advice and overall we felt in safe hands throughout the process. Staff members clearly have a strong understanding of the area, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Lorraine, Claire, Nathan and the rest of team!

Nathan was so helpful with putting our house on the market and helping us find the property we wanted. We dealt with Debbie from then on and she was amazing. She kept us in the loop constantly and was always on the other end of the phone to answer any of our queries. I couldn't recommend her enough. Would definitely use Robert Ellis again in the future.

GoogleI have to give a huge thank you to Claire Greensmith, Paul Sweeney and all the whole Stapleford office - they’ve been a pleasure to deal with from trying to find a property through to the sale of our house. Claire in particular has been meticulous in her customer service, making sure we’ve been kept in the loop every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for a smooth running sale. We’ve had a few bumps along the way (through no fault of Robert Ellis) but the work ethic from the whole Stapleford branch has been exceptional. Communication has been amazing, if I’ve not been able to get in touch I can guarantee I will hear back from someone very quickly; every one involved has been incredibly personable. I don’t wish to move house again any time soon but I’d stick with Robert Ellis every time and encourage anyone to use them. Thank you so much for all of your professionalism and for making our sale an easy one!
