She was a great communicator, and provided clear instructions for us first time buyers. We also received a surprise, of lovely treats and vouchers for moving in when we collected the keys. GoogleI am certainly glad I chose Robert Ellis Estate Agents to sell my property. The sale was not the easiest and my solicitors were not the best. Beth has gone over and above what can normally be expected of your estate agent. When Beth was on leave there was always another member of the team to step in. I relied on them totally when I couldn't obtain information from my solicitor. They would phone my solicitor for me, or my buyers solicitor nothing was too much trouble for them. I feel they really carried me through the process. They are knowledgeable do what they say they are going to do. I felt confident I could trust Beth knowing I was in good hands. I would definitely use them again. In fact I am doing with the sale of another property. These are the guys to go with!
