Excellent service from both Nicholas the branch manager at Braintree and then from Jake Frisby who regularly kept me up to date with the purchase of our new home. Friends recommended us to rent through intercounty who has been renting already with them. We had our viewing with the agent Harry S, who was on time, not pushy at all and with all the information about the flat ready for us. Mixed experience

I have used Intercounty once to buy a property and was not impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. The process of buying would have been much shorter if they had kept their mind on the process.As for using them as a letting agency, I have mixed feelings. but I have found their staff both good and friendly but lacking in efficiency. they are no worse than other agencies I have used.
