The sales team were extremely good at showing viewers around and notifying us of feedback. After offer agreed I consider that there was an approach to push for an earlier completion date with, in my opinion, preference towards the buyers’ requirements rather than the sellers’ , the latter being the party who were after all, paying Intercounty the Estate Agent’s fee.

TrustpilotI am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Inter Country. They were very dismissive and ignored my requests for amendment of both the agreement terms and arrangements even though I had mentioned and emailed this to them when I urgently needed to make some changes. They ignored me and then just sent me the tenancy agreement to sign and refused to return my calls after that. They knew I was desperate and needed to move and did not even bother to call me after the agreement was signed to give me moving-in details. I would not recommend them as a tenant.

Do NOT rent out your property through Intercounty! They are hopeless with dealing with problems and, if you dare to complain, a very rude member of staff called Ricci tells you to manage the property yourself! If you don't want to waste or lose money, avoid this company!

Can't reallly say enough about Intercounty! Found them invaluable for getting our house move over the line and even with my daily phone calls (sorry) they were always so friendly and accomodating!Estate agents tend to be looked at negatively but Intercounty have shown just how important having a good estate agent is and I know if we ever move again we will only be using Intercounty!

Have used Intercounty for years, first to let my property, then to sell. Have had excellent service throughout. I would particularly like to mention Alan & Lesley (letting) and Dominic (selling) at the Braintree branch. Whenever problems arose - and there were some- they went above and beyond to sort it out. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.

Inter county was recommended to us by a friend who happily sold in s flat market . We put the house up just before Christmas and moved at Easter.for a price we we’re happy with . Very good service. They use excellent photographer that shows house in true light . Have recommended to others already. Nothing is too much trouble for this company.

appauling service as a tenant…. so many issues with leaks, bad plumbing, mould… i would not recommend them as an agent as they only work on landlord instructions

Intercounty were excellent when selling our house late in 2018. We switched agents after struggling to get the right sale for a number of months but Rosanna at Intercounty managed to get it sold within a couple of weeks. She was courteous and professional and got the sale done with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend Intercounty as an agent.

Throughout the process of selling and buying, Intercounty were very helpful. Our property was effectively marketed and we achieved a quick sale at a good price. Sarah stands out, for her prompt and effective assistance to resolve issues that cropped up late on with our purchase, and to see the process through to exchange of contracts when we needed that to happen.

This estate agent in Sawbo can’t value houses for toffee. Put one house on the market 5 bed at £800 and then another one exactly the same for £670.Also another 5 bed which is different on the same development for £954 on Terlings Park. Literally pulling figures out of the sky for quick sales. Useless !!
