We have found the Braintree branch of Intercounty to be a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our new home.From the first viewing of the property, right the way through to exchanging contracts, Nic Lindsell (and his team) have always been polite, friendly and understanding and most of all knowledgeable and professional, every step of the way. I used Intercounty to sell my former matrimonial home, the team were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and committed. The service was second to none and I feel very fortunate to have had Clare, Charlotte, Abi and Peter working on my sale. The photos were great and professionally taken. Great service and in my opinion better than the rest. I would 100% recommend the team to Sell your home.

Intercounty were very effective, customer-focussed, professional letting agents. They understood our needs quickly and did not hassle us for feedback on every property we saw. They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. In particular this review applies to Harry S, who was our primary contact and very reliable throughout, however the rest of the team we engaged with were excellent too.

In all my experiences with Intercounty Estate Agents the team were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. There were good handovers between team members which meant if the person I needed to speak to in the office wasn't in then somebody else was always able to deal with my enquiry. GoogleI would like to give 5 stars for the excellent service from James, Peter, Carole and Heidi. Whenever I call up nothing is too much trouble, I am always greeted by a friendly helpful voice at the end of the phone. They are constantly keeping us up to date and pushing the prices forward. My move has been quite stressful at times but the team have been fabulous and steered us through the difficult parts and been very upbeat. They were extremely knowledgable regarding the conveyancing and understanding of grade listed properties. They have in no doubt really pushed the process of the sale of my property. Janes and the others quite often rang the solicitors to deal with issues and were extremely proactive in getting stuff done and finding solutions to problems that arose.. This made all the difference to us.I would be happy to recommend them and will definitely use Intercounty for my next move. It was nice to know they were at the end if the phone and I liked the personal touch as they are all so approachable and professional and extremely reliable. Thank you to a brilliant team.
