Definitely recommend Intercounty!

We have come into contact with many estate agents through the last few years buying our first home and now moving on. Intercounty have without doubt conducted themselves in the best way of all of them - realistic pricing, honest feedback and even just the fact that they have longer opening hours has been really appreciated. We were told we could sell our house for much more than we knew was realistic, and now are watching all houses around us reduce their prices to try and get a sale, while we are sold, complete in our new house and very happy with the outcome. Josh and Rosanna particularly were amazing - giving their honest thoughts on houses we were looking at when they could have just pushed us to make offers on the first ones we saw to hurry the sale along. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again if the need arises, which I sort of hope it doesnt!

Unfortunately the sellers pulled out of the first house but Intercounty recommended another house to us which we have offered on and its been accepted. We have always found them so nice to deal with and I have to give a particular mention to Liz and Jenny who have always been so lovely and helpful. If we do ever end up selling our house I would use Intercounty to sell, without a doubt.

From meeting Andrew on day one I knew I had made the right choice with Intercounty. The fantastic photos were live the next day followed by viewings that had been fully qualified by Liz and Jenny. Communication has been exceptional, feedback given without prompt and nothing too much trouble. Intercounty also helped find and secure my new home. Even within this challenging and difficult property selling climate, Intercounty Stansted showed incredible resilience, determination and inventiveness to obtain a string of potential buyers for my property. I was let down and delayed by selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate, naive poor decision makers involved with the sale but never by Intercounty.
