This estate agent in Sawbo can’t value houses for toffee. Put one house on the market 5 bed at £800 and then another one exactly the same for £670.Also another 5 bed which is different on the same development for £954 on Terlings Park. Literally pulling figures out of the sky for quick sales. Useless !!

Any properties we may have had for sale at these prices may have sold subject to contract. Nice people to deal with and they were the agents who were first to find us a tenant, but the management fees are the highest percentage we have come across and we are having to chase for them to complete services offered and requested well before check in date, which is complicating matters relating to changeover of utilities.

As a landlord letting a property through this company they charge you for unnecessary services without seeking approval and then have the audacity to take the money from your rent without your agreement. They certainly do not have your best interests in mind, just how to make more money out of you and increase their own profits at your expense
