Founded in 2006, Oyster Properties started out as an estate agency with specialization in residential property sales, lettings and property management. Presently, it operates through two offices, the Head Office is located in Stanmore and the other office is in Arnos Grove. Based as an estate agency in Stanmore and Arnos Grove, Oyster Properties covers all of North and North West London. We aim to deliver a wide range of services with a high standard of excellence. We are an independently owned estate agency network that have successfully been selling and letting all types of property across the borough and beyond. We provide personalised service to our clients whilst making use of the latest technology and marketing methods. We believe owning a property should be stress free and work hard to ensure our landlords can sit back and enjoy a steady return from their property whilst we take care of all the compliance and rental headaches in a cost effective and transparent way. Staff are very helpful and very prompt in dealing with your inquiries.They are very good in managing properties as well as selling your property for which I have had an experience in both with them and would recommend them for both renting out your property as well as selling your property. They will keep you updated at every stage of selling your property. If renting out your property, you would have a hassle free service and they would take care all the inquiries from your tenants.

GoogleThe worst letting agent, they will keep you waiting for days and weeks. Upon ensuring as a stranger for the same property I get to know that the property was gone a week ago. With an attitude the lady will put up a wrong allegation towards you. Please do not rent with them They are not trustworthy.

GoogleAwful customer service, I asked some questions and they didnβt call back. When I called both agents were rude and abrupt, and I really felt they couldnβt be bothered to help at all. They also didnβt know basic information about the property. Also the last customer service representative hung up on me. EDIT- I have concerns about the fact that Oyster responded to my review immediately, when they didnβt even return my call last week. I guess they care more about reviews then customer service. Theyβve now deleted their response π€£
