The tenancy has now come to an end as I need the property for family use and I can confirm that Oyster's post-tenancy service is as impressive as their pre- and mid- tenancy service detailed below. They handled the return of the property and keys, provided a very comprehensive Check Out Report with detailed photos of any issues and handled the deposit return seamlessly. Oyster Properties offer an extremely professional letting and property management service carrying out all the necessary pre-let, tenant search, referencing, documenting, ongoing tenancy management and post-tenancy requirements. Their very calm and no-fuss interaction removes any renting stress a property landlord might otherwise suffer and all at a competitive price.

Oyster property is not reliable. I don’t recommend them. The people in the office of Stanmore brunch are disrespectful and rude. They are liar. A lady in their office called Minal told us we don’t care about you, do what ever you want. Thay hold your deposit for weeks after tenancy finishes. Oyster property in honeypot lane Stanmore has the most rude staff ever and disrespectful people. They don't have mercy to a 10 years old child.Oyster property make tenant to live with mice and Rat for more than one year. I was their tenant for 4 years always paying my rent on time but they didn't care of tenant right, I don't recommend oyster properly the Stanmore brunch, they are not reliable. I was their tenant for 4yrs in a house having Rat and mice.After being a very good tenant for oyster property honeypot brunch, I found another flat and moved out but the people in office of oyster property didn't give my posts to me and always treated me unkindly. Even a lady in office talked very rude saying if you move out you must redirect your posts to your new address That is true but I just moved few weeks ago and although I redirected my mails but for first few days my posts goes to my old address They are not helpful not now not the time I was thereI remember my flat had mice They did promise to sort that problem out for almost one year but they didn't ...

I moved to London in November 2020 and had to isolate for 2 weeks. I had to find an apartment in 4 weeks and couldn't quite do a physical viewing the first two weeks. Gemma from oyster properties was very helpful in arranging a virtual viewing and answering all my questions. After my isolation I also wanted to see the place once and Gemma arranged for a viewing on a Saturday. We had a wonderful experience with Oyster properties. Everything from the online viewing, to viewing booking , visit and actual process of getting the tenancy signed was really smooth. Gemma managed and handled every thing very professionally and calmly. She was always very responsive to our sometimes not so nice queries and probing follow-ups.
