GoogleIf you are going to enthusiastically invite someone for a property viewing, have the decency to at least PRETEND to be interested in showing them around. We had a viewing in Watford and the moment I walked into the property with my husband and 2 children, the agent greeted us and told us to look around. For the majority of the viewing, her back was turned to us and the stench of her indifference was too palpable. We left there feeling like impostures. We travelled for almost an hour, only to be made to feel awful in the end.
If you have a certain profile of people that you like, please ensure those you are inviting to view fits that profile.
