GoogleI have not had heating for over 2 weeks now, I have called, chased and also contacted contractors on behalf of Oyster properties in order to get this resolved and still no communication from them. Every personnel I speak to tells me I will get a call back, and yet I am still waiting. It has been the coldest time of the year with temperatures going below freezing to -5 degrees Celsius. An appointment was made for inspections of the apartment, to which I emphasised I would like to use this as an appointment to discuss outstanding issues and no employee of Oyster shows up, nor was any form of communication sent to cancel the appointment, even after I chased this.

If I could leave 0 start review I would, I was a tenant for 2 years when I was inquiring to let a property I was told rent doesn’t increase much. After being there for 2 years landlord tried increasing rent from 1750 - 2400 absolutely disgusting. 🤢 not only that but the first 3 weeks of moving in we had not got water or heating no apologies or compensation provided. I have now moved out over a month ago and trying to get my deposit back I have provided evidence of the property condition when we moved in but they are insisting I pay over £800 in damages which is due to landlord negligence. Do not trust what oyster properties say to you it’s all lies.
