Howard and Rakesh helped me purchase a flat. Both were very professional and friendly. Howard promptly replied to my emails and pushed the sell forward (chased the lawyers if/when required). Rakesh on the other hand holds a great personality. He gave some good ideas and answered all my questions. I had a great experience purchasing my first flat with these guys. Keep up the good work!

Good experience and good feedback from Howard and his team. The only point requiring a comment would be the quality of the pictures / video that was taken. I would suggest that this could be improved. Irrespective we had a good experience with Ellis and Co and they sold our house for us quickly and efficiently. I would have no issue recommending them.

I would recommend from my recent experience without hesitation Ellis and Co. at the Stanmore Branch to anyone wanting to buy or sell their house. I had begun to believe that being elderly, I would never find anyone who would listen or pay any attention to my needs. How wrong. I have received good advice in the selling of my property, in a difficult market. They have accommodated my requests over a long period of time taken to complete the conveyancing. Over many years that I’ve been in the area, I have used other estate agents but they were a disaster and Ellis’ were like a delight to find. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Philip The sales guys are Ellis & Co, Howard, Fullun & Phil did a fantastic job of find me a buyer and then managing the sale through to completion, and I can’t praise them highly enough for the professionalism they showed throughout the process. Professionalism, I thought had long since disappeared having been in the industry myself for many years. Howard, Fullun and Phil are the most amazing team. We were on the market for some time and went through a few buyers. Our current sale was not an easy one and took a long time! They were patient and always kept us up to date on what was happening. We finally got there in the end and it was all because of them and their hard work. Howard Star led the sale for my flat! The sale took a long time as a housing association part owned the property. Howard Star proved to be precise, and on task. There were at times when I had to rely on him pushing the sale forward by taking charge. I would recommend Ellis and Co and in particular Howard.
