I was away quite a lot due to my parents not being well but Amar would visit my property if I need key bits of post scanned for the sale and even collated docs I needed ready for the surveyor. Howard provided counsel to both myself and the buyer and was essential in managing our relationship and keeping the lines of communication going. He was integral to getting the completion over the line and I couldn't be happier.

I am so grateful about how much Anna has helped me in terms to get the house I really wanted, i had no troubles at all and all this thanks to her wonderful guiding everything went so smooth and it was super easy. Also Anna was always happy to help and very polite whenever I gave her a call as I needed some help or had questions. I've been moving houses alot and this was the best experience I had in agency. The first purchasers backed out but Howard and his colleagues soon found another purchaser and Contracts were exchanged today. GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this team. I had been enquiring about one particular property for quite some time, and every time I was told that it was not available for viewing. I even offered to pay a holding deposit to secure it. Later, they informed me that the property was undergoing maintenance work, which would be completed in two days, and that they would update me once it was ready for viewing. I followed up with them every single day, yet there was no clear response. This morning, when I called again, they said they would get back to me, but I never received a call. When I contacted them again in the evening, I was told that the property had already been viewed by someone else on Monday and was now let agreed. This was extremely disappointing and shows very poor customer handling and communication. If I had been properly informed earlier, I could have explored other options instead of being misled and wasting so much time.

I have been dealing with Howard Star and his Team at Ellis & Co of Stanmore for the past year. It has been a difficult property to sell, but they continued to provide excellent and communicate with me at all times. They informed me beforehand when my flat was being viewed and again provided me with comments after the viewing. They liaised brilliantly with the buyer and myself at all times, and I highly recommend them when contemplating which Estate Agent to use when selling your property.
