Every member of the team was extremely helpful throughout the process from making the offer to completion, taking time to explain the next steps and providing advice, tips and also referrals on request. Howard was particularly great chasing solicitors and helping resolve communication issues to make sure the process keeps moving forward. Everyone at the branch I have spoken to was very quick to respond on email, very easy to reach over the phone.

Howard Star and the team at Ellis & Co have been super professional throughout our dealings with them. They did everything they said they would do at exactly the time they said they would do it. They had three offers in on our property within a week of marketing it, were always available to take calls, and they regularly provided clear updates on progress. I can honestly say that if you are thinking of buying or selling in the area then Ellis & Co should be your number one choice.

Ellis is of of the longstanding and reputable Estate agents in Stanmore and the surrounding areas,that is why we chose them to sell my elderly mums house. Howard Star was very professional with many years experience and felt in good safe hands, compared to the others. He was always on hand to guide and help us, and explain everything. From the very start we were dealing with Phil who carefully took note of our requirements and needs. After viewing a few properties with him, Phil knew very well what we were looking for. He kept us updated very regularly on the properties on the market that suited our needs and arranged viewings immediately we asked him to. Phil always provided us with property details and if not at hand then he go back to the office get the details requested by the next morning. Once we found the property Mr Howard introduced us to a few solicitors who could do the conveyancing for us. Once we appointed the Solicitor Mr Howard was very happy to liase with our and the vendors solicitors to facilitate ease of the whole process. We would recommend Ellis & Co to anyone who is looking to find a property for them. A very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast acting team.
