Do not use this company, they're lying and corrupt. Told me I was tied in for two weeks when infact it was 16 weeks, contract was in pen and he clearly added bits in there when he left, they reduced my house on Rightmove without consulting me. Josh from Stanford brunch is sneaky. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAmazing service received from Colubrid. Our property was marketed exceptionally well. We really liked the way they advertised our property and conducted the viewings. Time was spent on taking the photos which turned out fab (thanks Andrew). All in all our house was sold within a week of it being advertised for over the asking price. Brilliant service too from the guys in the office both Josh and Taylor worked hard to show our house to potential buyers and then negotiate the offers. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

GoogleWe had a choice of which estate agent to go with, after previously trying to sell our property through several others locally. When our previous sale ultimately fell through, there was only one choice in our minds to get us sold again - and that was Colubrid. Josh, Maya and the team have been so energetic and active in trying to get viewings and buyers for us. And, thanks to that, we've found a buyer at our asking price too. We're delighted with their service, so far, and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone else that wants to sell their property.

GoogleI had to have two valuations for probate, when Josh came to my mum and dads house he answered all my questions and was very professional, I knew then I was going to choose Colubrid, within a couple of days we had viewings, Josh and his team always kept me informed, we had two offers within 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend Josh and his Team and want to say a big Thank you.

Very informative and personable. Maya also handled the post-offer acceptance process and was also a pleasure to speak to, friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them and their team.

Avoid this agency at all costs. Colubrid tried to sell us a property without revealing that the tenant was refusing to leave and that eviction proceedings were already under way. They only disclosed this crucial information after we had already spent thousands of pounds on fees. They attempted to put us in a position where we would have no choice but to proceed with the purchase. Their rudeness, lack of transparency, and unprofessional conduct caused us significant stress, wasted time, and financial loss.

GoogleWe originally had our home up for sale with Yopa.....big mistake!!!!!! Then we turned to Colubrid. Andrew came round and we found him to friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the very moment we met him. The photos he took were top quality and extremely professional and made the Yopa pics look like comic photos!!!!!!! He advised that he wouldn't have any trouble selling our house and by Saturday we had a open house all set up and sorted and the house sold. We really recommended Andrew and his team at Colubrid. 10/10 from the start to the finish. Do not hesitate to use Colubrid when you're thinking of selling your home.

His communication was clear, constant and always very prompt. I cannot recommend this agency enough. I started the buying process last year with another agency, since dealing with Rob I now know what an agency role is. Rob and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was moved in quickly and smoothly.
