From the very first phone call with Andrew to the moment he walked through my door to value my home, the level of kindness, professionalism, and reassurance I received was exceptional. Andrew instantly put my mind at ease, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer every question I had, no matter how small. He was immaculately presented, incredibly polite, and showed such respect while looking around my home. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Bradley, who was equally fantastic. He took me to view another property and went above and beyond, even staying on the phone to guide me when I got a little lost on the way there! His patience and support made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and calm. In addition, I worked with Colubrid’s broker, who was an absolute delight. She walked me through all the financial aspects, offering me clear options so I wouldn’t end up stuck on a variable rate tariff while selling my home. I can’t express how much relief that brought, I’d genuinely lost sleep over it, and she helped lift that worry entirely. This company truly puts the client at the heart of everything they do. Their approach is not only professional but also incredibly compassionate and human. Selling a home can be overwhelming, especially in sensitive circumstances, but Colubrid has taken that stress off my shoulders and made me feel fully supported every step of the way. Didn't have a good start with a couple of employees at this agency as they seem to still need some training on customer service, but I must say the Brach Manager Josh deserves the 5 stars after taking over the role and showing me around. I'm sure service will be improved with him on command. It was a pleasure to meet him at the viewing. Very pleasant person, has all the Managing skills. Thank you Josh !

I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent…

I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent to anyone. The service throughout was incredibly poor and unprofessional. I was laughed at by a member of staff when I asked for a simple update, and on another occasion was told, “you don’t pay our bills”, a shocking response from a company supposed to support you through a major life event. Communication was consistently lacking, leaving us in the dark for long periods during an already stressful process. After a long and painful experience, we did finally complete, but it was not thanks to their support. This agency seriously needs to re-evaluate its approach to customer service and invest in proper training for its staff. Buyers and sellers deserve better.

Five star service for customer care, customer contact, efficiency and property details. Also, really important to us a family in keeping to the contact wishes and processing all calls etc through myself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was just an off chance walk in to the office last week. I Instantly felt comfortable and at ease to talk with all the staff who were working that day with absolutely no pressure - This point was very important to us as a family and remains so. With the death of my father last November, my 82 year old mother made the decision to embark on the difficult and emotional sale of our family home and downsize to a bungalow to be nearer to myself and the rest of the family. This was explained in the office with the important point that all contact was to be made through myself as mum didn’t want to deal with “all of the calls, paper work and Talking with Estate Agents as you know what they are like” (mums words). The staff said absolutely no problem, all contact would be through me and I would liaise with mum. Andrew Mutlow - Founding Director valued mums property and spent almost 2 hours with her, explaining and clearly answering her questions and ours. Even down to her worrying about people going over her clean carpets in shoes ! Mum felt totally at ease with him and even commented to us about him being a “Lovely man” ! This for us as a family was all we needed. She felt comfortable and safe to hand over the sale of her home to Andrew. He returned a day or so later to do the photos. We asked mum what time did she need us there for this to take place and she said “Dont worry about coming - it’s only Andrew, the same one as the other day”. For us as family this showed us how comfortable and confident she felt to proceed with the sale. The property has sold above the asking price, with block bookings taking place with accompanied viewings. No worry, no stress and true to word, mum still has clean beige carpets ! All contact has been fast, efficient and professional. Jake whom I have spoke with on several occasions has been great. This could have been a lot more difficult for mum, but I would have no hesitation to recommend this company for any family that find themselves in an emotional situation with an elderly, grieving relative. Thank you
