FacebookStacey at Breakey & Co was always very helpful and communicative throughout the purchase and sale process. It was a particularly arduous sale/purchase taking almost 9 months, however Breakey were great during the whole process in chasing the various people up to keep things moving along.

FacebookWould definitely recommend. Very professional from the start and actively marketed my property and achieved 6 viewings and 2 offers within days. I didn't sell as pleasant change of circumstances meant I no longer needed to downsize. The best response I have ever had when selling property.

FacebookWhat a fabulous service, my house went up for sale with Breakey and Co after having 4 valuations, the reason I choose this particular estate agent was because they are a small dedicated team who I trusted from the minute I met them. They took the stress of selling and moving from me and dealt with every thing with such efficiency. My property was sold and I moved all within 16 weeks, their professionalism is second to none and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering selling or renting. FacebookI used Breakey and Co to sell my property and thought their service was outstanding. I called them to arrange for them to come and take pictures of my property and they got me 4 viewers within half an hour of my call, none of which had seen the inside of the property. I had 8 viewers in total and sold my house 5 days after putting it on the market. Throughout the whole sale process, Breakey and Co were regularly in touch with me and happy to liaise with my buyer and also my sellers solicitors and estate agents. Nothing was too much for them. Not only are their fees one of the cheapest around, they work very hard to earn every penny. I’d strongly recommend Breakey and Co and would use them again in a heart beat.

FacebookWell what can I say apart from absolutely brilliant . They go above and beyond of what you would expect from any Estate Agent. Our first sale fell through with only days to go ( no fault of Breakey's ) they did there absolute best to save it. Excellent and very professional negotiating skills. Immediately after they were once again lining up viewers for us and we sold within days,. then they talked to the agent we were wanting to buy property from and got everything back up and running for us again. They were constantly in touch with us all down the line even chasing our solicitor's up if need be. All the girls there where brilliant and very professional but Emma your a Star, I honestly could not have got through it without you . Thank you

FacebookIt was always great to have a designated person to deal with all our queries. Communication was a strength either by phone or email so as the sellers we were kept up to speed with the process. When we wanted different pictures taking of the property they were very obliging and did this for us. I would definitely use them again
