Excellent service from Breakey & Co from start to finish. Claire gave an honest and fair appraisal of my property and was able to highlight other comparable properties in the area so I was able to establish a competitive achievable guide price, so I didn't hesitate in choosing them to sell for me. The whole team arranged over 20 viewings within the course of 2 weeks and Abby who managed the sale for me kept me up to date and informed on a regular basis, which I really appreciated. Whilst I accepted an offer after just 2 weeks the whole process to completion took over 3 months but this was no fault of this agent but the solicitors who were very slow in processing the survey, searches and questionnaires. Throughout the whole drawn out process Abby regularly contacted me with meaningful updates by telephone and e-mail and when necessary persisted in chasing things up with the solicitor. Abby was friendly, helpful and efficient and a credit to her company. Thank you to Breakey and Co. for your excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them in helping with your house sale.

We sold our house through Breakey. I can not fault any of the team from the moment of booking them to come out and value the property right up to completion. Each and every member of the team that I have spoken to or dealt with have been amazing and informative. A big thank you to our amazing account manager Millie Archer. She went above and beyond throughout the process, she made stressful times much easier to deal with by chasing solicitors and updates, and keeping us informed with every step. Having dealt with Breaky and co several times now, both as a buyer and seller, I can honestly say that they really are a great company to deal with, as they are extremely well organised. Dedicated account handlers help to smooth the process, Stacey and Hannah were really helpful , as was Charlotte, when it came to advice about selling . If by chance our account handler was not available, any other member of the team was able to tell us exactly where we were up to , as there were always notes on the system. We look forward to working with them again on our next project.

Very good and professional service. What was impressive is that the owner Louise Breakey even attended initially on a Sunday morning to speak with me about her company and their services and answered any questions I had. From this first contact which impressed me from the start I then dealt with Stacey in particular was brilliant she always kept me updated, resolving anything in a timely manner. After wasted months of no info and very few veiwings I took the house to another recommended local agents Breaky & Co and what a difference. My main contact was Allison who was brilliant but other staff kept me up to date with info. The amount of veiwings was very impressive they work hard to sell your property, so far my property has sold twice but due to different circumstances these fell through and at the moment I have an offer to consider, I can't thank Allison and team enough and have no problem recommending this company.

When people told us that it doesn't matter which agent you use they couldn't be far from wrong. Breakey and Co are on a different level with the work ethic and service they offer. We moved to them after issues we have had with other agents in our area and they have done everything possible and more to help us throughout. We made a phone call and within a few days a lovely lady came out valued the property and went through the paperwork. From day one the process has been easy to understand and straight forward. I would definitely recommend Breakey & Co. My Dad’s property sold within 3.5 days of being on the market.. and he bought his forever home a day later!
